It's very rare that things get damaged on their way to you, but if it does happen and you notice before you sign for the delivery, just ask the driver to return it to us. If you've already signed, don't worry, we'll call our delivery people and get the damaged goods collected. We'll then get a new delivery out to you as soon as we can.

If you've changed your mind about a product - we've only ever had this happen once in the ten years or so that we've been making garden accessories - we are happy to refund you as long as the item is returned undamaged and that its return delivery is paid for.
